With more than 15 years of experience in management and project consulting, award-winning CEO Robin Mack heads up the fast-growing and successful government contracting firm Mack Global LLC.

Before working full-time as the head of her own company, Mack had a rewarding career in state government and the private sector (transportation industry). In 2008 she spearheaded a telework initiative for the Virginia Department of Taxation, increasing the department’s number of teleworking employees by more than 60 percent and earning the Governor’s Technology Award for Best Telework Initiative in Virginia from then-Gov. Tim Kaine. Due to her efforts, the agency also received a national Digital Government Achievement Award.

Coming from a strong Christian background, Mack is particularly proud of the faith-based youth and family services programs that Mack Global offers for teens of military families. “We are thrilled to facilitate this important journey of faith, growth and development with these young people and their families,” Mack comments.

Headquartered in Richmond, Va., Mack Global LLC is a member of the Richmond Metropolitan Business League and the Better Business Bureau. A 1993 graduate of Oral Roberts University, Mack holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management.

Mack, who participated in a music outreach ministry during college, enjoys singing at special events. She and her husband, Willard, have been married 19 years and are the proud parents of two daughters: Kyla, 15, and Awna, 11
